Demi, the Executive Director of Maryland Wellness & Aesthetics, brings nearly 13 years of critical care experience as an RN. Complemented by a Master’s in Nursing and a Master’s of Business Administration, Demi carries a refined approach to wellness, blending clinical expertise with a business acumen that elevates her practice. She also holds national certifications in advanced facial balancing using both neuromodulators and dermal fillers, further enhancing the aesthetic precision she brings to each client.

Outside of her entrepreneurial pursuits, Demi enjoys the serenity of yoga, curling up with a good book, and savoring moments with her husband, family, and dogs. Her philosophy is all about achieving balance—mind, body, and business—in a life of purpose and grace.

Rachel is the Medical Director of Maryland Wellness & Aesthetics and a board-certified Nurse Practitioner with an extensive background in emergency medicine and critical care. Her clinical expertise is matched only by her warm, calming presence—qualities that help patients feel supported, understood, and genuinely cared for from the moment they meet her.

Born and raised in Maryland, Rachel has always been passionate about helping others feel their strongest, healthiest, and most confident. She combines sharp clinical judgment with a deeply compassionate approach, ensuring every visit feels personal, grounded, and empowering.

Outside of the clinic, Rachel enjoys spending time with her wife and their baby, soaking in the simple, joy-filled moments of family life that inspire her every day.

With over 25 years of experience, Kristin brings an incredible depth of knowledge and compassion to her role as a Nurse Practitioner. Her approach blends evidence-based medicine with a genuine passion for fitness, longevity, and helping patients thrive at every stage of life.

Kristin’s journey is anything but ordinary. As a veteran, she carries the resilience, leadership, and dedication she gained in service into her daily practice—always showing up with purpose and heart. And when she’s not caring for patients? You’ll likely find her with her family or out on the ice. Kristin isn’t just athletic—she’s an AMAZING ice hockey player with the same fierce energy she brings to wellness.

Whether she’s coaching patients toward healthier habits or celebrating their milestones, Kristin’s care feels personal, empowering, and deeply supportive.

Kristin is available for telemedicine appointments and also sees patients in our Crofton office. One visit with her, and you’ll understand why she’s such an incredible part of the Maryland Wellness & Aesthetics team.

Madison is a native to Maryland with a refined passion for holistic wellness nursing, blending modern healthcare with a focus on mind-body balance. She holds certifications in neuromodulators and dermal fillers, allowing her to combine advanced aesthetic expertise with her wellness-focused approach. With an eye for self-care and natural healing, she strives to offer a well-rounded experience that exceeds client expectations.

When she’s not caring for others, Madi is exploring new destinations, immersing herself in different cultures, or lost in the pages of a captivating book. Her passion for wellness and lifelong learning defines her chic, yet compassionate, approach to nursing.

Allison brings a unique blend of artistry and medical expertise to Maryland Wellness & Aesthetics. Originally from Virginia Beach, she began her career as a semi-professional violinist and trained opera singer before transitioning into nursing over 11 years ago. With a strong background in trauma care, Allison continues to serve as a dedicated flight nurse across the state of Maryland, providing critical care in high-pressure situations. Beyond the skies, she is passionate about helping her clients at MDWA feel their best every day, combining her compassion and precision to support overall wellness and confidence.

Allison, RN, has spent over 13 years caring for patients as a nurse and has found her true calling in anti-aging and aesthetic medicine. She holds certifications in neuromodulators and dermal fillers, allowing her to combine her clinical expertise with her passion for aesthetics. Dedicated to helping others feel beautiful, confident, and empowered at every stage of life, Allison is known for her gentle touch and genuine connection with patients, creating a welcoming experience that goes beyond skin-deep. Her goal is always to enhance natural beauty while supporting overall wellness.

Outside of work, Allison is a proud mom of four who loves soaking up the sun at the beach, making memories with her kids, and unwinding with a good reality TV binge. Her energy, compassion, and love for people shine through in everything she does.

Claire is a Maryland Licensed Esthetician based in our Crofton office, where she specializes in enhancing natural beauty through expert lash, brow, and skincare services. Known for her meticulous attention to detail and gentle, personalized approach, Claire creates a relaxing experience that leaves clients feeling refreshed, confident, and cared for. She is passionate about helping others achieve healthy, glowing skin while staying current with the latest innovations in aesthetics and wellness. Outside of the treatment room, Claire enjoys spending time with her beloved cat and maintaining balance through fitness and self-care.

Stephanie is a highly skilled licensed esthetician with 19 years of experience and sees clients at both the Crofton and Chestertown offices. A proud Maryland native, Stephanie adores her family and fills her free time with DIY home projects, pasta, and tacos — her absolute favorites.

Her true calling, though, is in aesthetics. Stephanie’s favorite part of her work is helping women feel beautiful and confident in their own skin. Her warmth, artistry, and dedication make every visit a personalized, uplifting experience.

Tori first discovered us as a client, and she loved the experience so much that she decided she wanted to join our team! Now, as our Client Experience Coordinator, she brings that same enthusiasm and care to every person who walks through our doors.
